We have been eating (and enjoying) ribolitta since Sunday now for dinner as well as a few lunches. Boy, that pot Mark made sure has lasted a long time. We are finally eating up the last bit of it now on Thursday (All Saints' Day) for a late lunch. The picture above is the actual ribolitta Mark made.
