Details

Our destination was supposed to be Selvino, but we never made it due to a wrong turn, a slow pace, and the call of dinner. From the start, it was about getting out for a walk so we didn't care about the destination. The starting point for this walk was Piazza Delfino in Bergamo and the end point in the village of Monte di Nese.

For this walk, you follow sentiero 533 (Bergamo Monterosso to Selvino) all the way. In terms of a ride back to Bergamo, you can walk down from Monte di Nese to Alzano or take the 26 bus. From Alzano, take the tram back to Bergamo. We were spoiled and got picked up by a friend who was going to dinner with us.
